INTRO
Hatchwise is a neurodivergent education app. Dedicated to making learning about ADHD and Autism easier for teens wanting to know more about how their minds work.

BUSINESS PROBLEM
The problem was simple, they needed a brand and app that was both functional and appealing to teenagers. Because we all know teens aren’t going to get on bored if the brand is fun, different and helps them in some way. So we set out to create a brand for them that answered two big questions.
Is it functional? - but not for neurotypical teens, for neurodivergent teens.
Is it fun? - does it make learning easy.
BRAND IDENTITY
Hatchwise was always going to be vibrant, big and loud. We wanted to create a brand that allowed for large type and bright colours. Creating an app for neurodivergent teens meant it needed to be super easy to navigate and have functions on there that catered to different kinds of neurodivergence.
The minimal logotype with the bright colour palette means it’s going to be recognisable from the get go and the tone of voice is personable, rebellious and intellectual. We wanted our tone of voice to mean something, provoke conversation.
