After moving location to the much loved surfing destination, Cornwall, UK. Born Lucky’s felt it was time for a much needed rebrand, taking inspiration from their second favourite hobby – surfing.

After relocating to the much-loved surfing destination of Cornwall, Born Lucky’s existing brand no longer reflected its new surroundings or the lifestyle it had become part of. The visual identity and tone of voice felt disconnected from the energy and culture of the coastal community, limiting its ability to attract and engage a wider audience.

Born Lucky’s needed a refreshed brand that captured the spirit of Cornwall and their passion for surfing while staying true to their original roots. The challenge was to create an identity that felt laid-back yet professional, reflecting both their craftsmanship and the coastal lifestyle that now defines them.

BRAND IDENTITY

We then had an opportunity to build a brand that resonates with a community who value creativity, freedom and the ocean. By blending surf culture with Born Lucky’s established personality, the rebrand could establish a stronger emotional connection and position the business as a natural part of Cornwall’s creative and active scene.
